If your DVD player shows a message "no disc" and there is a disc loaded, try cleaning the lens first. If that doesn't work, we suggest changing the loader (can be done in 10 minutes...very easy). 9 month warranty.

We have 3 different loader models, please select you DVD player from the pull down menu above.

• 1949 DVD players have square power and open/close buttons

• 355 DVD players have round power and open/close buttons, a fan and composite video jacks on the back*

• 4400 DVD players have round power and open/close buttons, no fan and composite video jacks on the back*

• 2399 DVD players have round power and open/close buttons, a fan and no composite video jacks on the back**

*If you are order a replacement loader for the 355 or 4400 player, please check to see if your power supply is 1.5 Amp or 3.5 Amp (See label on power supply). If you have a 1.5 Amp supply, please dispose of it and order the loader with a new 3.5 Amp supply.

**If you have a 2399 player, you must send it in for repair. A coil needs to be replaced along with changing the loader (not something you can do in the field).
